I am a software engineer in Aveyron, France, working as a sole trader under the name Quantum Web Pulse. I design, build and launch every project myself.

From design to launch, I do everything myself. So you talk to the person who designs, builds and launches your project.

I design and develop the software I build every site with, and I keep improving it. This site comes out of it.

I work for businesses, remotely and in writing: I reply by email, and every agreement is confirmed in writing.

Working remotely with one person is an advantage for a small business: one point of contact, a written record of every decision, no travel on the bill. My personal site: maitre999.dev.

  1. Who I am

    The legal notice (in French), linked at the bottom of every page, gives my identity: EI Larionov Alex, a French sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle), its SIRET number and its address in Aveyron.

  2. What this site is made with

    This site is produced by my own engine. The figures it shows about itself on the home page are measured automatically on its pages: none is typed in by hand.

  3. What this site does with your data

    The public pages load no advertising tracker and no audience-measurement tool from another company. Their only outside service is the anti-bot check on the contact form.

  4. What you sign

    Your quote details how your price is calculated, what your site includes and what it leaves out; my terms and conditions come with it. You read all of it before you agree to anything.

My tools and my prices

Two things to know about how I build and how I set a price.

Can you build my site with a system other than yours?

No. I build every site with my own method and my own tools, and every page goes through automated checks. If you want a different technology, I decline your request before any quote.

Do you charge different clients different prices?

No. The price is worked out the same way for every client: it starts from what your site contains, and your detailed quote shows the calculation. My price list is published: the Services page shows typical sites with their indicative prices. If a total is reduced, the discount is a visible line on the quote, with its reason.
